Introduction to Herbal Energetics -Linda Thompson-Brown

HALF-DAY WORKSHOP – October 3, 2026 | 1 – 4 pm
This introduction to Herbal Energetics will open your eyes to the methods and practices our ancestors relied on for thousands of years, yet so many of us have forgotten!
We’ll observe, smell, feel, and taste a range of herbs throughout this course so you can discover, develop, and refine your herbal skills.
You’ll also learn the essentials of herbal safety, so you don’t have to worry about putting a foot wrong. The class is broken down into taste modules. In each taste module, we’ll also explore the anatomy and physiology of key bodily systems. These won’t be detailed biological breakdowns but the essential fascinating facts that a budding herbalist needs to know so you can adapt your preparations as you observe recognizable symptoms.
