THE INSTRUCTOR:

Martine grew up in a rural environment, where her close connection to nature deeply shaped her artistic sensibility. After a career in sewing, garment construction, and clothing design, she discovered wool felting as a way to combine her love of natural fibres, craftsmanship, and creative expression. Inspired by both animal and plant-based materials, she creates unique felted accessories that highlight the richness of texture and organic forms. Her artistic practice is rooted in experimentation, the appreciation of natural materials, and an eco-conscious approach, where traditional craftsmanship becomes a bridge between creativity, well-being, and the natural world.
