Making Oven Fired Pizza (November 12) | Milda Titford
November 12 @ 9:30 am - 1:30 pm
$48.00 – $65.00
HALF-DAY WORKSHOP
Do you want to learn the art of making oven fired pizza and bread in a wood-fired oven? In this half-day workshop, we will cover the history, ethics, and background on grains, flour, and other ingredients. Afterward, you will shape the bread while learning different rolling techniques. Once you shape your bread and it happily rises and bakes in the oven, you will move onto the rudiments of making simple pizza dough. You’ll have the opportunity to make and top your own pizzas, gaining essential knife and cutting skills along the way. By the end, you will have your own loaf of hot sourdough bread and an oven fired pizza to boot. It will be delicious!
