HALF-DAY WORKSHOP – July 7 | 9:30am – 1:30pm

Learn how to make really delicious soup! In this summer ½ day intensive soup-making workshop, we will bring our focus back to basics. Using the fundamentals of whole foods cooking, we will explore how we can use ingredients and the creative act of cooking itself to nourish one fully. You will be learning to combine certain foods and ingredients to bring out the best of winter produce and will create refreshing summer soups that have a deep, nourishing quality. The course will encompass some food theory, will include sourdough bread demo and many practical skills (knife skills, different cooking methods). You will end up with 2-3 types of soup to take home and a small recipe sheet on how to cook the same soups at home. All soups made in class are vegan.
