Located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, we offer hands-on experiences in a variety of subjects, all taught in either the beautiful studios at the New Brunswick College of Craft & Design (NBCCD) or one of our partnering locations.

Learn a New Weave Structure
Have you been weaving for sometime and are looking to expand your knowledge? Is there a weave structure that you find interesting but are afraid to try? This workshop is for weavers who know the basics and are interested in learning something new! Come with ideas or structures that you are interested in and learn new skills in a supportive environment. If you have no clear project in mind, don’t worry! After a discussion about your interests and what you want to do with weaving, Jacqueline will suggest some ideas from which you can choose.
TICKET PRICING & MATERIAL COST:
Regular ticket price (March 22, 12pm – July 7, 11:30pm): $395

Additional material fee: Students will bring their own materials or purchase from the college store. Also, students should bring a calculator, sharp scissors, pencil, fabric measuring tape

THE INSTRUCTOR:
Jacqueline has been working with textiles and weaving for over 30 years and a teacher for over 10 years. She enjoys exploring the interaction of colour and textures in her weaving in the creation of one-of-a-kind fashion accessories and woven tapestries. Jacqueline has participated in numerous residencies and has received recognition through grants, awards, and publications. Her work is often thought-provoking as well as visually delightful.
FAQ
Refunds
If a request for a refund is submitted at least 14 days before the course begins, you will be eligible for a 94% refund. A 6% deduction will cover the administration costs and stripe service fee. For refund requests made between 8 and 13 days before the course begins, a 75% refund will be granted. If a refund request is received within 7 days or less before the course start date, a refund will not be issued unless we can fill your spot with another participant. In the event that a participant cannot attend an in-person course due to illness, they can receive a Honeybee voucher for 75% of the value of their course that can be paid towards another class in the future. The participant will need to notify the Honeybee Coordinator before the course begins.
Cancellations
If a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the instructor facilities or low enrolment, a 100% refund will be granted to registered participants. If class is cancelled due to weather, the course will be moved to the following weekend (unless otherwise specified). If you cannot attend the new scheduled time, you will be granted a 100% refund.
